Linda Kellett - Toronto Regional Director
L Kellett Consulting, Markham, ON

Linda Kellett is an independent HR Consultant. She has over twenty five years' HR experience, twenty of those with BDO Dunwoody LLP. She was a Director of Human Resources in BDO's National Office in Toronto. Linda has extensive expertise in the areas of recruitment, compensation, performance management and project management. Linda was responsible for the update and development of BDO policies and procedures. In 1995, Linda completed the requirements for her Certified Administrative Management (C.A.M.) designation, and in 2002 obtained her Canadian Personnel Professional (CPP) designation which recognizes human resource management skills. Linda has participated in "Real Time Coaching" and is a member of the Canadian Management Professionals Association and HRPA Ontario.

Reeshma Jassani, RPT, CMP - Toronto Regional Co-Chair
Medigas, Division of Praxair Canada Inc. , Toronto, ON

Reeshma Jassani is currently the National Human Resources Manager at Medigas, a division of Praxair Canada Inc. In her role, she is accountable for leading all aspects of human resources including staffing, communication, compensation, performance management, training and employee development, diversity, talent management, succession planning and employee relations. She possesses strong knowledge and expertise of employment legislation and guides business leaders across Canada in fostering a development, coaching and mentoring culture within the organization. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Athabasca University, and has both her Canadian Management Professional (CMP) and Registered Professional Trainer (RPT) designations.

Cindy Ziobrowski, RPR - Calgary Regional Director
Talisman Centre, Calgary, AB

Cindy Ziobrowski is the Director of Human Resources for Talisman Centre in Calgary, Alberta. Talisman Centre is a not for profit organization and is Canada’s largest multi sport complex. As key member of the management team, Cindy is responsible for providing direction and supporting the HR team, identifying organizational needs and the strategic development and delivery of all core human resources functions. In addition to her Registered Professional Recruiter designation through IPM, she has completed her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Barbara Andrews-Hryniw, RPR - Calgary Regional Co-Chair
City of Calgary, Calgary, AB

Barbara Andrews-Hryniw is currently Client Services Supervisor, HR for The City of Calgary. As part of the Business Services' Leadership Team, her current role is to implement and coordinate proactive recruitment and retention initiatives and maintain a positive and productive work environment. In addition to her Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation through IPM, Barbara completed her Business Management Certificate through the University of Calgary as well as the Human Resources Certificate program.

Mary-Ann McCann, RPR, CMP - Edmonton Regional Director
Univar Canada Ltd, Edmonton, AB

Mary-Ann McCann is the Office Services Supervisor for Univar Canada Ltd. She holds both her CMP and RPR designations. Mary-Ann is one of the founding members of the Edmonton Chapter of IPM. She is a dedicated, hardworking, and passionate leader with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Mary-Ann thrives in challenging environments while continually working to set new standards in excellence. Recently, Mary-Ann has joined in a partnership in a new company called Municipal Solutions with her husband Bret. Mary-Ann’s future plans include the development of policies and procedures for the organization and she hopes to lead Municipal Solutions to great success.

Jaime Moore, RPT - Ottawa Regional Director
Canadian Commercial Corporation, Ottawa, ON

Jaime Moore is currently HR Advisor at the Canadian Commercial Corporation. Jaime deals in a number of areas including recruitment and selection, health and safety, work description writing and classification, as well as some labour relations and HR policy development. Jaime holds a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from the University of Western Ontario as well as a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College. Jaime has her Registered Professional Trainer (RPT) designation as well as her CHRP designation. Jaime has a generalist background and has held a variety positions in the past with organizations such as Nestlé Canada, The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa and McConnell HR Consulting.

Diane Johnson, RPR, CMP - Ottawa Regional Co-Chair
Halogen Software Inc., Ottawa, ON

Diane Johnson is a Search Consultant with Halogen Software, an Ottawa firm that offers a complete suite of web-based Talent Management solutions. Prior to this, she owned and grew a successful executive search firm for almost 15 years, specializing in sales and marketing roles. She previously spent several years in high tech and telecommunications in a variety of management and sales positions. Diane has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Carleton University. Since 2004, she completed her Canadian Management Professional and her Registered Professional Recruiter certifications with IPM- Institute of Professional Management. Diane is listed in the 2000 edition of International Who’s Who of Professionals and the winner of the Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for Customer Service in 2002. She co-founded the Sales Professionals of Ottawa in 2009 and sits on the Management and Marketing Advisory Committee of Algonquin College. In the past, she has held positions on the Boards of the Greater Nepean Chamber of Commerce, the Association for Services Management International, Canadian Telecommunications Consultants Association and Business Networks International.

Patricia McKay, RPR - Maritimes Regional Director
Nova Scotia Community College, Shelburne, NS

Patricia McKay has been employed with the Nova Scotia Community College for over 23 years and is currently an Employee Services Advisor at the Shelburne Campus. She deals with a number of areas including payroll, recruitment, benefits and training. Pat has a generalist background. She holds a Business Administration Certificate from Mount Saint Vincent University. Pat also has the following Certificates from St. Mary's University: Managing in a Unionized Work Environment, Compensation Planning Basics for HR Professionals, Essentials Skills for the Human Resource Professional, Legal and Human Rights Issues at Work, Power Interviewing and Managing in a Workplace. She also holds her RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter) designation through IPM.
